No insecticides, pheromones against grape caterpillars, fertilizers and organic amendments. Harvesting is carried out manually, with direct pressing of whole crop; the alcoholic fermentation occurs at 17° and the malolactic fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. As an illustration of this optimal research in quality, only the cuvees are used for the elaboration of the different types of Champagne, since the crops are not reintegrated.
