Description
In order to pay tribute to the birth of the Kelton brand and to some events of the year 1955, in particular the shooting of the movie: “The Silent World” by Jacques-Yves Cousteau which will get the Golden Palm in Cannes the following year, as well as to some childhood memories*, we thought of the 1955 as a unisex diver, an aquatic object designed and assembled in France, in limited edition and numbered from 1 to 1955*.
Did you know.
In the fictional universe of the Back to the Future trilogy, November 12, 1955 is the central date of all three films, where Marty McFly visits this date at least once per film.
*Then a third grader, the author of these lines won a Kelton dive watch, by winning ex aequo with his best friend, an essay contest. What remains of this winning watch? The memory of the joy of owning a waterproof watch, which accompanied me even in my endless underwater explorations, on vacation.
In order to wear this watch in the most suitable way for each situation, three straps are available.
1. Black brushed stainless steel.
2. Olive green nageur de combat, handmade in France from parachute webbing and parachute bag hardware.
3. Black silicone strap (coming soon).
